At Elite Concierge Nursing Care our mission is to provide personalized care for older adults. We will work closely with our clients and their families to develop customized care plans tailored to individual needs and preferences within our scope of practice. Services are delivered in our client's home or other convenient locations, eliminating the need for travel to appointments and facilities. We will communicate with your provider if any changes or concerns arise. We also offer medical escorts for appointments or specialized care for conditions such as Alzheimer's and dementia

Danielle Adams, LPN, CDP
Now a resident of Spring Hill, TN Danielle Adams has been caring for patients in West Virginia for nearly 14 years. Born and raised in Fairchance, PA she is the daughter of a coal miner and a geriatrics nurse. As a nurse Danielle's first job was in Long-Term care and she furthered her credentials by becoming a Certified Dementia Practitioner through the NCCDP.
Throughout her years caring for those in long term care Danielle has appreciated the opportunity to form close, long-lasting bonds with her patients and their families which allowed her to better understand their individual needs and preferences. Danielle cherishes the support of her husband and family and is grateful to have found her passion in life which makes her career both fulfilling and joyful.
